Re: [MW:24590] PRESSURE TESTING OF CONTROL VALVES

Hi,

As per my understanding normally they do pressure testing for each valve and may be the for the printing sake they prepared one report as all the conditions are same.

Please verify with the valve manufacturer for the conclusion.

Dear Experts,

I've a concern regarding , valves.

our client is insisting to submit individual pressure test  certificates of control valves , for 6" & above lines.

but the valve supplier's provided  certificate showing,it  is for 60  valves of same kind.

Is each valve  no need to pressure tested at manufacturer's premise before delivery? which code / std  refers individual/random  pressure test criteria  of valves?
