[MW:24583] Combine WPS in one CJP

Dear expert,

Contractor have been qualified 02 WPS  for SMAW process and FCAW process independent welding process. The FCAW process is using the for the CJP  of structure part with only FCAW process and then they brought the SMAW process to Weld on the FCAW process Which have been welded, is this possible to use FCAW process and then SMAW process Without qualifying to combine 02 welding process together.

Code apply: AWS D1.1.
