[MW:24479] 304L welded with filler 316L wire.

dear sir

 304L mat weld with ER316L filler wire. Process : TIG & THK: 5.49.

serivce : potable water.

i check Cr-Ni equivlent (https://www.ewm-group.com/en/practical-knowledge/welding-calculators/schaeffler-diagram.htm)

304L with ER316L has 23.23/15.77 and FN 10.38 and PREN is 29.90 

304L with ER 308L has23.06/13.68 and FN 15.20 and PREN is 24.48 

 means sir, 

 ER 316L is better choice for 304L is it true? why we used ER308L?
