If welding is performed with the use of filler material up -196 deg C, Production Test Coupan is not required.

Dear All,
I have one vessel with M.D.M.T -140 Degree C. for base metal (SA 240 TP 304) impact test is exampted as per UHA 51 Of ASME section VIII Division- 1 but consumable and procedure qualification impact test is required as UHA-51 ,
PTC is required for vessel with above condition, please advice .........
