Pl clear regarding below issue..
Welding procedure is qualified with Ceramic Backing as per AWS d1.1,
can i use the welding procedure in production with backgouging from
the WPS qualified with ceramic backing.
if allowed by AWS D1.1, kindly mention the sec/para which specfiy
that.
