Dear All,
Attached is the photo of 2:1 Ellipsoidal dish.
Material : SA 240 type 201-2.
Chemical Comp : C=0.0995, CR=16.212, Mn=7.345, N=0.727, NI=4.07, P=0.031, S=0.001 & SI=0.465.
Mechanical Property : Yield = 56KSI (min) & UTS = 107KSI.
Condition : Annealed
After Forming of dish head(no heat treatment is done) crack is observed.
can any one tell the reason of cracking?
