Pl refer ASME B31.1 , Chapter V – Clause 127.5 Qualification

 

Even though your construction / design code is ASME B31.1,  PQR requirements are as per Sec IX only..

 

You can use that PQR provided  if there is no specific additional testing requirements by client.

I have a PQR for P1 (GTAW, PWHT)qualified with Sec IX and B31.3. Is this PQR can used to supporte PQR in a power plant project that the code is B31.1.
