Materiaal S275 is Group 1 material and for EN ISO 15614-1 base material is an essential parameter. In this case both materials are Group 1 materials but specification also mentions that a material qualified in this Group only qualifies for materials in the same group with equal or lower yield strength. Because of that S275 is not acceptable for covering a WPS for S355.
