Why there is RT room size limitation ? Tell him to take RT in night shift by properly cordoning the area .

Dears,
Our prospective vendor is offering TOFD for category A & B weld joints instead of RT for a process column due to RT room size limitations. Is it acceptable by ASME SEC VII DIV-1? What will be the joint efficiency in this case to be used in calculations?
