If you are looking for defective specimen (weld) samples, may be we can be of help to you. We have done this
exercise to couple of my clients in India. 
You please spell out your requirement including type of defect, no. specimen etc.
Otherwise, you can procure it from AWS  also.

Does anybody know procedure/informations about making a weld with defects for qualification of NDT procedure?
