Photograph is not so clear, it looks like a vally ,usually crack appears with branches. I wish this is not a crack. marge it and take a PT. I hope this will not appear again.

Preheating:- 80 to 100 Deg Cent

Electrodes Baking:- As per manufacturer recommendations.
