The code is consistent in its terminology:  T º thickness of base metal and t º thickness of weld metal

I need a clarification about QW 191.1.2.2.In this what is the meaning of “t”. Whether nominal wall thickness or deposited weld metal or same as mentioned in QW 191.2.3
