Dear Mr. Suresh,
You have to check the hardness of parent material. I think you have not to maintained interpass temperature within 100 to 200 degree C.

Dear Members,
we found some weld cracks on parent metal (adjacent to weld bead) after weeding and depth of the crack is max 20 mm from the edge of the plate.
i would like to know the type of crack and causes of the crack.
please see the attached pictures.

Material:- IS 2062 Gr B to Itself
Thickness:- 25mm to 25mm
Joint Type:- Closed Corner 
Grove Type:-Single side bevel
Electrodes:- E 7018
Preheating:- 80 to 100 Deg Cent
Electrodes Baking:- As per manufacturer recommendations.
