Tugrulhan,
Sulphur segregation test is only a supplemental test. It's either a client or any project or any service application specific requirement. Failure of such test would not fail an ASME Sec-IX PQR. You need to clarify what's being asked in the design or project specification and decide accordingly.Usually such tests are asked for the base metals not for welds.
Thanks.

Subject: [MW:15156] Is Sulphur segregation reason for reject a PQR?
I saw a sulphur segregation on a macro test photos. Is this a reason for reject a PQR? Tensile test bend test notch toughness test RT and Hardness tests are OK.
Thank yok
