Are you doing production impact test? If yes, then that could prove the acceptability of the joint. If no, then you could ask your supplier to give you an MTR for the lot you used that has an impact test results @ -46C (if they have any), electrode manufacturers are the only ones that could do an impact test on all weld metal for the currect ASME code.

dear experts,

We have land in difficult situtuation due to welders mistakes.

Electrode E7018H4R impact require -46deg but by mistakes welder used
some electrodes E7018H4R -29deg during welding of 3 long seam 25m
(filling n caping)

Materials      516 gr 60    thk 40t.
Process        GTAW+SMAW

 What could be solution? To save joint.
Client already given cut out.
