Mr. Mohemmed,

Any E 7018 electrode including H4R type gives minimum impact values up to -30 deg C only.
You should have gone for E 7018-1, E 7018 G (or) E 7018 H4R -spl. type electrodes
which has some extra Manganese and gives min. impact of 27 joules at - 46 deg C.

Hence pl. check and test the present lot . If the results are different, you have no option but to
go as per clients requirement.
