Re: [MW:15110] electrode with diff impact temp mixing during welding.

Weld a Test Coupon with same lot number of Electrodes (-29C Impact Tested). and get it Impact tested from lab at -46C. it will solve problem.

I think it is a honest mistake and to avoid future problems, it is advisable to cut it out and re-weldo with full compliance the approved WPS. The responsibility is too huge to shoulder. I think it is an appropriate decision

some electrodes E7018H4R -29deg during welding of 3 long seam 25m
(filling n caping)

Materials      516 gr 60    thk 40t.
Process        GTAW+SMAW

 What could be solution? To save joint.
Client already given cut out.
