Pl. check impact properties of electrodes at -46deg in same grade of steel
as per SEC-II Part-C.
If it is ok than you can confirm to your client.
Otherwise, go for rework.

We have land in difficult situtuation due to welders mistakes.
Electrode E7018H4R impact require -46deg but by mistakes welder used
some electrodes E7018H4R -29deg during welding of 3 long seam 25m
(filling n caping)
Materials 516 gr 60 thk 40t.
Process GTAW+SMAW
What could be solution? To save joint.
Client already given cut out.
