sr i preffer asme sec 8 div 1 edition 2017 non mandatory appendix R ie preheating for what temp required fòr preheating.

asme sec 9 edition 2017 gives only ranges % decrease nd increase on the basis of rule for essential , non essenēoeoeròĺ
