Dear Experts,
May i request you to please confirm if RT must be done before and after PWHT or only after PWHT for ASME 31.3 piping.
ASME 31.3 specify for P No. 3,4,& 5 only.I want to know for P no 1&2.
Project Spec doesn't provide this information.
