[MW:28146] FABRICATION TRAVELLAR FORMATE (FOR HEAT EXCHANGER OR PRESSURE VESSEL)

Dear professional, 

I just had my customer come see my shop and they asked me if I use shop travelers. I had to tell them no because I don't right now. I want to start using one but am having trouble finding a template online. Does anybody have a template, or a copy of one that I can use to make one?

Please Do the needful.
