Hi,
First of all You have clearly indicate the material spec and product form ,Design code .
As per ASME B 31.3 you can use upto -425 Deg F(253.8 Deg C) provided the material is solution annealed condition. Considering the welding the material can be used upto 101Deg F without Impact testing.
