Dear Mr.Ramesh,
IBR(Indian Boiler Regulations) is code for boiler manufacturing and
applicable to any boiler manufactured and erection in India. All the
welding essential variables shall be as per IBR code only.
ASME Sec IX, is not applicable for IBR boilers.
