Dear Elshan,
If the material is fail to meet the minimum Yield , it should be rejected or at the option of manufacturer you can go for the re-test.
There is no such a deviation from the std equirement for API 5L X52 pipe.
Refer 9.10m of API 5L spec.

I got the figure of tensile strengh during mechanical testing of API 5L X52.
The yield strengh is 336 mPa. but API 5L standard requires the yield strengh to be 358 mPa for this type of material. I would like to know if there is any deviaition from 358 mPa which could be accaptable in this case.
I mean what percentage of deviation from standard requirement is acceptable? or it is required a retest. If is there any standard reference explaining these please let me know.
regards,
Elshan.
