Any body can give correct interpretation of API 661 6th edition cl.9.1.1 with proper backup
My client highlighted partion plate to end plate seal welding is required
atleast one side as per 9.1.1
atleast one side as per 9.1.1
My subcontractor highlighted partion plate to endplate welding is not required as per API 661 6th edition cl.9.1.1 ,
fabrication also completed without seal weld.
In this case anybody can help me which statement is correct?
