[MW:4900] PQR position qualified

Members,

In AWS D1.1, table 4.6 point 6 states that: A 3G vertical up test
qualifies for all positons. If our PQR testing includes CVN
requirement, can we go for only 3G vertical test coupon qualifying all
positons?
Please clarify.
