1 .What is your material type design for main line? P22 or P91.
2. if P91, you can dissimilar material between P22 to P91, the filler metal GTAW ER90S-B9 and SMAW E9015-B9 (E9018-B9)
3. TIG weld between P22 and P91 with inconel 625, It is recommended that postweld heat treatment at 750°C for 2 hours is the proper condition to reduce the hardness of heat affected zone (HAZ) of P91 steel.
