[MW:21974] Unassigned WPS

Dear Gents,

We are having approval for the below two WPS as per AWS D1.1

WPS Number 01) :p1 gr1 material with FCAW process
and
WPS Number 02) :unassigned material to unassigned material(S275JR) 

Vendor performs welding according to WPS NUMBER#01 on unassigned material(S275JR)

is it acceptable to use assigned material WPS on unassigned material?Kindly confirm with the clause number.

Job material:S275 JR.
