If you want an accurate answer you have to know:
Grade and heat treat condition
Governing thickness for impact test requirement determination
Once you know this you can find the maximum temperature in Section II Part D of the ASME Code.
For the minimum temperature is more complicate. You have to consult the construction Code Section.
