Dear swapnil sonavane

Make a straight bar of steel equal to the internal dia. Of pipe -

By using radiography film (roll) to insure circularity, draw a circle inside the pipe -

-run the bar on the circle when it is stuck u have the min. dia. And when there is a difference between the bar and the internal circumference measure it.

Normally u will find the max. ovality in the first row of storage
