[MW:21938] defect in plate

Dear group members,

I have observed some defects in plate inspection along mill edge.
Plate grade IS 2062 E250BR 25mm thickness. I have attached photos here.
Shall I call it as mill edge bursting or has different name?
Please provide guidance for acceptance of it as per code requirement.
