 Dear K.V.S.Reddy
aws 5.28 is for  creep resistance high strenght low alloy steel consumbles  and 5.9 is for stainless steel consumbles.

previews project wps showing SFA NO AWS 5.28 for ER 316L But it is approved by client and PQR also stated that same as WPS. actually it is 5.9 as of my knowledge. Does anybody know any special thing there about 5.28 for ER316L

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
