12 o'clock (weld metal, FL and FL+2, FL+5), 3 o'clock(weld metal, FL and FL+2, FL+5) and 6 o' clock (weld metal, FL and FL+2, FL+5)

Dear Reddy,

Your spec means, for weld metal, FL and FL+2, impact test shall be carried out for top, centre and root region, each of the test would require 3 specimens.

let me know if you could interpret this correctly or else I would explain with detailed sketch.
