Pipe-Elbow should be no problem. Just roll the pipe, so the seams dont
touch........
I'm not sure if this is out of spec, but If you must use these elbows,
then you could simply ask for a concession from your client. It is not
an ideal situation to have welds crossing each other and in some
circumstances even unavoidable. You could also consider mitering ( if
allowed ) the two elbows, such that you could fit in a pup-piece
between them....
