Dear Experts,
We are going to qualify an weld overlay procedure with Inconel-825 (ERNiFeCr-1) on SA352 Gr LCC with following variables.
1.Base Metal Thickness- 40 mm
2.Qualification Std- ASME Sec IX
3.our actual job thickness ranging from 50 to 100 mm.
4. Deposit overlay thickness is 5 mm.
5. Welding Process-Manual GTAW
Kindly advice for following queries.
1. PWHT required or not- please suggest with code reference & what will be the effect if PWHT not been done.
2. PWHT Temperature & time requirement.
