[MW:5228] Welder Qualification using BS 287-1

Dear friends,

I have a already qualified WPS, using which i wanted to qualify few more welders with some variation in material and section used.

The following are the WPS parameters:
Material: A53 Gr B SCH 40 (pipe)
Outer dia: 33.56 mm 1/4" pipe.
Thickness:3.56 mm
Code used for qualification BS 15609 & 15614.
Welder qualification carried out as per BS 287-1.

How can i qualify the welders with RHS(rectangular Hollow section)with max thickness of 12 mm & SHS (square hollow section)
also i wanted to use ASTM A500 grade C(tube).

1.Please explain whether i can qualify the welders using the same WPS with some alterations.
or a entirely new WPS to be written.

Thanks and Regards
