[MW:5281] ASME SEC VIII

Dear all
i have some general informations about this division.

1-I have a material identified fully, also certificate of it is available completly.but it's not in ARTICLE 23 OF ASME secVIII,DIVISION1. can i soppose it  approved according to DIV1,if the  chemical & mechanical properties are in acceptable range based on a permitted specification in SEC II. 

2-in wich code case illustrated a route for getting a approval for a nonapproved material?(except appendix 5 of sec II,part D)
3-what is the meaning of blow in cold forming (UCS 79)? forming with explosion is permitted or not?
4- does anybody have informations about forming methods? how can i get details about forming & forging methods?

5-does anyone have list of articles that related to inspection,testing,examination?
