As I understand from information that you have a WPS qualified for P1 to P8 with GTAW (8 mm)+SMAW(11.06 mm) for base metal thickness range from 1.5 to 19.06 mm and you want to use this WPS for welding by GTAW process only.
Answer is yes. You can use this WPS for welding by GTAW process [refer below snap shot of QW-200.4(a)]
