Please see the extract from OS-101, highlighting PWHT requirements. It's under Appendix-C.

 

Incoloy 825 or 625 clad pipes(depending  on the type of alloy used as CRA) are extremely tricky to fabricate. DNV-OS-F101 is a very detailed and extremely stringent standard to follow.

I am going to qualify new PQR for 40 mm thk CRA Pipe ( 3 mm Incoloy P-45 + 37 mm CS P-1)

as per the spec DNV OS F101 Edition.2013 

So there is requirement for PWHT ?

And what are the Destructive testing & NDT required.
