Kindly refer Mandatory Appendix 32 of ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 & also ask designer to calculate required minimum thickness.
You have also option of Corrosion Allowance.

we are fabricating dishends with 70 mm thick and 1371 mm I.D .And we hot form the blank the thickness of the final product its thickness is reduces to 3.2 mm after forming and after rectification it becomes 62mm thick and we want more than 63mm what we will do, can anyone suggest me.
