1) If impact test is not required, WPS qualifies for P No.4 to P No.4 as well as P No.4 to P No.1 (Refer QW-424)

2) If impact test is required, WPS does not qualifies for P No.4 Gr.1 to P No.1 Gr.2 [Refer QW-403.5 and  UG-84(h)(2)]
