Hi There,

We have qualified a welder on an ASME IX WPS with the following:

Position: 6G

Size: 100NB

Specs: A333- WPL6 (P1, G1)

Process: GMAW/FCAW (F-No.: 6 electrode)

As per QW-423.1 and QW-433, will the welder be qualified to weld the following for production?

Position: as required

Size: All practical diameter and plate

Specs: A106B (P1, G1), SA 312-316L (P8, G1)

Process: GTAW (F-No.: 6 electrode)

Thank you in advance.

Cheers,

 Larry
