[MW:24418] PQR qualification

Dear Experts,

I have a PQR with impact testing for base metal P1G1 to P1G1 and P1G2 to P1G2. Now base on this two PQR can i made a WPS for base metal of P1G1 to P1G2 as per ASME section IX QW403.5??

Pls give your concurrence on that.
