Yes, PREN of  23-28 and Hardness limits of 22HRC shall be met.

Dear All,

        Reference standard mentioned for NACE service valves is MR0175/ISO15156.As per this standard test certificate(lab report) must declare PREN no.mentioned in Table D.1.

       Our  valves are made of carbon steel body bonnet,13%Cr Trims & SS316+Graphite filler gasket.In ITP & specification gasket's chemical analysis report is required.

      Is it necessary to declare PREN no. in gasket's chemical analysis report as it is SS316?
