[MW:18451] CVN Test Temperature Reduction AWS D1.1

Dear Experts

 

I have question about using sub-sized specimen for CVN test

Testing temperature following specification   is -20^oc ,Plate thickness is 8mm and specimen sized is 10x5

My question How much temperature will apply for testing (AWS D1.1)

 

“4.36.7 When sub-sized specimens are required, and the

width of the specimen across the notch is less than 80%

of the base metal thickness, the test temperature shall be

reduced in conformance with Table 4.15, unless otherwise

specified in the contract documents
