[MW:18546] RE: 18541] 4'',check valve bad surface finishing

Before even considering accepting it I would ask for that paint to be blast
off to see what is underneath. The flange appears to be connected to the
valve by a weld which should not be there.

Dear Expert,

could you please see attached image for 4'',check valve,A216 WCB received as
a new valve i have a doubt about the nuts area marking, if it's can occur
during casting process or this valves used before.
also the surface finishing in bad condition.
i am waiting your advice asap.
