[MW:18224] Regarding Material Upgrade API 5L Gr B Gr B to API 5L L415M

Dear Expert,

Initial Approval:

         Process : Jet A1 Fuel

         Code : B31.3

         Material - API 5L Gr.B ERW - Size 16"

        WPS Qualified - P1 Gr1/2 to P1 Gr1/2

Question: 

Due to unavailability of material contractor want to use higher grade that means API 5L L 415 M ,HFW pipes.

           1) Is it acceptable?

           2)If higher grade material,then any special requirement?

           3) Only 5pipes,other pipes are API 5L Gr B?
