Hi Punit,
Please look at this generic oil and gas standard, page 109-115(both for cold and induction bends). The other good document to follow is ASME B-16.49, standards for induction bends. The presentation of Barry Crouch gives a good snapshot of the process and effects of different variables. The soak temperature for duplex and CRA clad pipes could be close, between 1050-1100 Deg C based on piping wall thickness.
Prior to performing production, "Qualification Bends" are must to standardize bending parameters, and check the various required mechanical properties of the bends. Norsok document (M-630) provides many of such details.
Thanks.

Subject: [MW:18266] Induction Bending
Requesting to share your experience regarding the manufacturing of hot induction bends of INCONEL 825 pipes, Duplex Stainless Steel (ASTM A 815, UNS S31803) pipes and Cladded pipe (CS+ 3 mm Thick CRA - Incoloy 825).
Information required in the terms of bending temperature, cooling method, requirements of post bend heat treatment.
regards
Punit Dubey
