On my opinion you perform the PWHT and then you clad because the PWHT could provoke sensitazation of SS

Regarding to the subject above, i have some problems for a vessels which partially clad and required PWHT or not on the clad portion? I have another vessel in the same package but fully clad and client specified stress releiving are not required in the datasheet. The problem is this vessel are in wet H2S service (lethal service) and as per code UW-2, vessels which in lethal service are required PWHT. Comeback to my partially clad vessel, do we need to perform PWHT on the clad portion since the non-clad portion are PWHT. The clad materials also are without PWHT simulation. Non clad vessels materials are SA 516 Gr 70N and clad materials are SA 516 Gr 70N + SS 316L.
