[MW:11446] Welding by Inconel to P11a material

Dear All,

Request you to suggest me the suitable inconel welding electrode
(SMAW) for welding of P11A # P11A base material.

Details: 9% Ni steel, No PWHT, Base Metal Thickness 13 mm. Impact
required 27J min @ -183 degree cen.

As per ASME SEC II-C most suitable consumable is ENiCrMo-6. However
can I use ENiCrMo-3? If yes why & if no why?
